The brand image we designed for Rainmaker Society symbolizes its purpose: professional expansion. The dot in the center represents a drop of water that falls on the surface and grows after impact. The lines around it symbolize the opportunities and new horizons that come with growth.
The goal of Rainmaker was to launch the first HR Digital Platform in the DACH Region. Before we started we had to get acquainted with the business context to be able to offer workable solutions and, above all else, an easy user interface. As a result, we obtained a platform where each user can connect with a community and has the opportunity to improve his or her professional career, as the Rainmaker Society offers exclusive opportunities for job offers, coaching and professional services.
Before Rainmaker started working with us, they had two website designs that did not meet their expectations. There was a lot of information, and it was hard for the user to understand what Rainmaker Society offered. After a strategy session we analyzed the most important information to communicate such as the benefits they provide to their users, an overview of the platform and of course a very easy way to contact the Rainmaker Society. Taking these collaborations together, we were able to design a simple and user-friendly website.

The brand is the perception of the companies in people's minds and successful brand design helps to communicate a business’ values visually.
